Winner entitled to enroll two chefs in our Eat Your Own Biosphere class at our brand new state of the art facility in Belmont. This eggstreme hands-on demo class teaches children about sustainable living as well as cooking. Children create their own unique mini-herb gardens inside of egg shells. Meanwhile, our professional chefs stir up a delicious dish featuring the same fresh, organically grown herbs for them to sample. Recipes incorporating their herbs are provided.
