Mary Beth Heffernan is Assistant Professor of Art at Occidental College. Her work is found in numerous public collections including UCLA/Hammer Museum, LA County Museum of Art, and Light Work. Heffernan attended California Institute of the Arts, MFA, and Whitney Museum Independent Study Program. Her Iraq War memorial tattoo photographs were featured in the LA Times, October 27, 2007.
