Philip Auslander is a writer, critic, and occasional artist who teaches Performance Studies in the School of Literature, Communication, and Culture at Georgia Tech and the Department of Theatre and Film Studies at the University of Georgia. The piece in this auction was originally part of a larger work done in collaboration with Deanna Sirlin for the Georgia Museum of Art in Athens.
