A painter with an interest in employing picture-making material to sculptural ends, Joseph McSpadden has exhibited his hybrid oil-paint objects at Irvine Contemporary in Washington, DC and in several other venues. McSpadden’s work is in several private and public collections including the Edward Albee Foundation and Capital One collections.
