Tracy Wagner grew up on a farm in Osgood, Indiana. She migrated south to study photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her focus shifted to mixed media combining photography, paint, graphite and chalk on wood where she explores pop culture from the 1940s and 1950s.
