I take what I see everyday, things that I like, pop culture, design, architecture and I transform the tangible into intangibles. Star Wars, Eames, Wooden Boats, and Surfboards are all examples that influence my paintings. A simple red stripe on a shoe or the design on a vintage surfboard inspires me to recreate that same successful aesthetic.
