Organic celebrity chef Akasha Richmond recently opened this hot new restaurant in Culver City. Richmond wrote the cookbook "Hollywood Dish," and knows more than a thing or two about cooking fresh food. Akasha's menu is new American, with a focus on comfort foods prepared with sustainable ingredients and free-range meats. The bar features fresh juice cocktails made with organic premium spirits as well as beer and wine.
