Description
This Mindfulness Awareness Practices (MAPs) for Daily Living course is an excellent introduction to mindfulness. Develop greater mind-body awareness and reduce stress. You will learn mindfulness meditation practices including sitting, walking meditations, and how to work with difficult thoughts and emotions to cultivate positive emotions.
