Stephanie and Aaron Furlong invite 10 Grant Parents (5 Couples) to their home for a sophisticated evening of gourmet food with expert wine paring and, of course, lively conversation. This planned five course meal will feature Oysters Rockefeller, Roasted Parsnip Soup with Herbed Creme Fraiche and Truffle oil; Organic Greens w/ Rogue Creamery Smoked; Blue Cheese & Honey Crisp Apples; Braised Lamb Shank w/ Asian Spices, Shitake Sticky Rice and Melted Cabbage; and Individual Molten Chocolate Cake w/
Caramel Ice Cream & Fleur de Sel.  Amazing wines will be selected for each course.  Meal is subject to change with availability of ingredients.  Dinner to be held on a Saturday night in April or May,
subject to availablility of group.  This is an adult only event.  Grant parents only please.
 
The first ten people to bid at least $100 each will will a spot unless outbid.  Top ten bidders will win.
