This yummy necklace features two little almost black beach stones found on the shores of Lake Erie, along with a lustrous white freshwater pearl handwrapped with sterling wire, all dangling from heavy sterling silver jump rings.
The sterling silver ball chain measures about 18 1/2" long. There is a second little grey freshwater pearl handwired at the sturdy easy-to-use lobster clasp. All metal parts are sterling silver.
SToNZ beach stones are collected from various beaches and created by Mother Nature. They are surprisingly lightweight. SToNZ will darken a bit with wear from the oils in your skin, but this only enhances their natural beauty.

Though StoNZ jewelry is made from real unpolished beach stones, it is surprisingly not heavy. Beach stones are porous and so lightweight that you will find your StoNZ necklace to be very comfortable. Only sterling silver and high quality clasps are used, which are oxidized and buffed to a satin finish.
No two StoNZ items are ever the same. Each stone was created and sea tumbled by Mother Nature then drilled and transformed into a unique piece of beautiful wearable artwork. All pearls are real natural freshwater pearls, often with funky blemishes and natural imperfections. This adds to their natural beauty and seems to marry perfectly with the earthy quality of the beach stones and silver findings.
I oxidize all sterling silver chains naturally with sulphur, then buff them for a matte satin finish to compliment the links and stones on the pendants. A word of warning: Dipping these chains in liquid silver cleaner may remove this dark oxidization.
