He began training and his practice as a professional business coach in 1996.His coaching expertise is in small business development, and works with owners, entrepreneurs and CEOs in areas of personal and professional leadership, communication, team development, and business growth. He has worked with individuals and companies in the construction, restaurant, health, textile, accounting, music, human resources, real estate, interior design, telemarketing, legal, education, environmental management, government, insurance, photography, and investment industries. Mr. Raymond teaches in the “Entrepreneurship and Small Business Program,” School of Professional Studies, New York University. He is on the Advisory Board of “SynchroMind, Inc, the Leadership Development Company”; Trustee, American Littoral Society; and a returned Peace Corps Volunteer.Mr. Raymond regularly speaks on issues of business development, entrepreneurship, leadership and coaching.
