Get a complete physical and help out the Foundation at the same time!  The physical will be performed by Dr. Gordon Thiesz of Family Medicine in Falls Church at 104A East Broad Street.

The visit includes urinalysis, EKG, cholesterol, diabetes screen, liver and kidney function screen, and blood chemistries.
