This apartment (600 sq ft) with lots of light and very nice views has one bedroom for two persons, one study with sofa-bed for two, two small bathrooms, living room with kitchen, and a tiny terrace with a table for breakfast or dinner.

The apartment is in the heart of the historic San Polo district of Venice, yet within walking distance from the railway station (10-15 minutes).

Only downside are the narrow steep stairs to get to the 3rd floor.
