Ms. Chris Mandell is a certified Suzuki violin teacher. Of her experience Chris says "I love working with children, and children tend to love working with me, too. As my references will attest, I am patient, conscientious, and creative."

She took lessons on scholarship with Julian Olevsky in college, and  played with various orchestras and early music ensembles at that time as well.

In her twenties, she played with an all-women’s folk/rock band (recorded on Redwood Records), and supported herself as an itinerant street violinist in Europe for two summers.
