Description

Lovingly created, one-of-a-kind artisan quality wood frame by Warren Barnhardt.  Mr. Barnhardt, a WWII vet, never had toys growing up as a child.  So he was inspired to create his own toys from materials he can easily find in his home.  What started out as a hobby bloomed into this artisan quality craftsmanship.  The entire piece is hand crafted by Warren Barnhart, approximately 80 hours to fabricate and finish.

Approximately 14" high, 12" wide and 3/4" thick. Pattern design by Brian Standley in the 2006 November issue of "Creative Woodworks & Crafts" magazine.  Wood species are all natural colors except stained frame and background.Rose petals are of Purple Heart with Canary wood accents. Leaves are of Canary wood . Stem is Walnut. Frame is Figured Anigre with Cherry stain.  Backboard is Birch plywood with  Golden Oak  stain.
