2005 Barbera is a wonderfully bold California red wine, full of body and red fruit flavor. The Barbera grape, originally from the Piedmont region of Italy, is well suited for the Temecula Valley growing conditions. This big red enhances the flavor of creamy risottos, salty cheeses and tomato pasta dishes.
