Ken imported authentic Texas style closed pit cooking for your pleasure.  In the closed pits, smoke has nowhere to go but into the meats, not up to smoke heaven like some other methods of cooking.

This natural cooking process yields after 14-16 hours (and some serious basting in natural juices), some amazing, tender and flavorful Beef, Poultry, Pork, Ribs, Chicken and Turkey.  Come join us for a great meal, good atmosphere, and fine country music!
