I have been baking for over 30 years, and have been catering desserts for parties and receptions for over 20 years. Whether it's a special homemade birthday cake for your son or daughter, a fancy dessert for an intimate dinner party, or simply some cookies to enjoy with your afternoon coffee, I would be delighted to do the baking!

Basic Birthday Cake (white or chocolate cake & vanilla or chocolate frosting) - specify sheet cake or layered rounds
* Chocolate Chip Pound Cake (loaf cake)
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
* Cookies (chocolate chip, ginger snaps, peanut butter)
1 Pound of Fudge (plain, peanut butter, or hazelnut)
For Adults Only! Perfect for special occasions:
Triple Chocolate Italian Torte (serves 10-12)
*Chocolate Pecan Rum Balls (approx. 6 dozen)
* These freeze well.
