Host a cooking class in your home for 8 people!  The class is HOT - Healthy, Organic and Tasty - and taught by certified holistic health counselor, Christina Giallourakis.  You can choose the theme -- Field of Dreams, Natural Sweet Treats, Hearty Heart Healthy, Healthy Indian -- to name a few. Christina and her team from Inspire Nutrition will set up, perform the demonstration and clean up.
