There is no more spectacular view in Washington, D.C. than atop the United States Capitol.  U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) will escort six people up the hundreds of steps to the top of the Rotunda, where you can view the great works of the artist Brumidi up close. Then, it's outside to top of the Capitol dome to an incredible 360 degree view of our nation's capitol from its very center.    Truly one of the best sites in all of Washington, D.C.  Then, enjoy lunch in the historic Senate dining room  - one of the most exclusive restaurants in town!   NPS parent, Karen Knutson, will host lunch for you and your party.  This is a great piece of history and a spectacular way to wow your out of town guests.  The tour and lunch must be scheduled through Senator Murkowski's office with at least two months notice.  The date must be mutually agreeable and only when the Senator is in town.
