24" x 24" paper quilt on canvas
Reminiscent of a hanging from the Textile Museum, the Fourth Grade students showcase the culmination of their studies of Colonial America with this inspired paper quilt on canvas.  Students created and stitched individual 3-D paper quilting squares, which were then glued and stitched together onto canvas creating a harmonious graphic, textural work of art.
