It's fiesta time with the Everetts, Ironsides and Wydlers!  Take a group of 5 couples and mix in one cocktail party. Shake it up with a lively cooking demonstration from accomplished Mexican chef Patricia Jinich.  Add authentic Mexican cuisine and enjoy an unique evening guaranteed to add some spice to a winter evening!   
 
Patricia Jinich was born and raised in Mexico City and comes from a family of accomplished cooks.  She has resided in Washington DC for the past 7 years where she received a masters degree in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University and culinary training at L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg.  She taught Mexican cooking classes in Dallas, Texas for many years and was a collaborator on the PBS food series "New Tastes from Texas" which helped introduce Mexican ingredients into America cooking.  She is currently teaching a series of Mexican cooking classes "The Mexican Table" at the Mexican Cultural Institute. She is also a food writer and food consultant for local catering companies.

This is a sign up party for $100 per person. The party will take place on Friday, January 23 at the new home of Ginny and Hans Wydler. $100 per person
