Get a group of (4) volleyball friends together for a two hour group volleyball session with well known Lake Highlands Volleyball Coaches Sarah Kreck and Paula Yager.  Sarah has played Collegiate level volleyball  and Paula has been an area varsity coach for many years.  This is your opportunity to "Tune-Up" those skills before school try-outs , SVAA or PSA play!  Sarah and Paula will include individual training combined with team concepts that are sure to take your players to the next level.  This skills session is designed to focus on all aspects of the game and will be age and ability appropriate.
