This gift certificate is for a wine gift basket featuring the traditional medieval beverage, Mead!  Started in 2002 with a goal to locally produce a distinctly different Honey Wine from others imported in the area, the Piscassic Pond Winery released their first batch in 2004.  Their winery produces custom crafted Mead and Honey Wines that are Dry to Semi-Sweet as well as four traditional Meads and a variety of seasonal flavors.
