The winning bidder will bring five others to the Harvell's fabulous kitchen in Kittery, ME where Susan Tuveson will teach all how to prepare a wonderful winter's meal using local meat, poultry, and other seasonal foods. The owner of Cacao Chocolates in Kittery, Susan Tuveson is a world-wide traveler and draws on her influences abroad to prepare fantastic meals that are sure to satisfy anyone's appetite. Susan has worked with horticulturalist John Forti at Strawbery Banke and has lectured at local garden clubs.
This is a dinner that will be enjoyed by all!

The cooking class and dinner for six persons must take place between March 1 - 10, 2009, at the mutual convenience of the winning bidder, Susan Tuveson, and the Harvells. The winning bidder shall provide the wine for the event.
