This certificate entitles the bearer to one (1) of the following: 

1. One registration fee for the Fall 2008 soccer season. Players aged 5 – 18, age as of August 1^st  2008. In addition free registration fee, the $30 Volunteer fee will also be waived.  Late fee will be waived if registered after July 1^st 2008.  (No guarantee of a team.)

1. One registration fee for the Spring 2009 soccer season. This can be applied to any age 5-12 years old. Waive the volunteer fee and the late fee if after March 1^st 2009.
