Sailing lessons for 1 or 2 people. Learn at your own pace and at your own risk. We are unlicensed, unbonded and uncertified as instructors, but can teach you what we know in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our boat is a self-righting, 17-foot sloop. Its heavy keel (almost) eliminates capsize drills and dangling over the side as human ballast. Foam flotation guarantees that the boat is (theoretically) unsinkable. The comfortable cockpit means no wet rear ends or dodging the boom. The winning bidder gets three personalized lessons with refreshments and photographs provided. Lessons for one, $175; for two, $325.
