Come have fun playing and exploring the creative process of becoming a clown with the critically-acclaimed and multi award-winning physical theatre director Jon Ferguson.  In this physical and practical 2 hour workshop, participants will explore the basic principles of theatrical clowning.  They will discover what is innately ridiculous about themselves... and learn to play and invent from a truly spontaneous, honest and open place.  The Simple Clown is an extremely rich level of play, enabling the performer to communicate clearly with an audience on a universal level.  All participants will receive their very own red clown nose to keep.
