Understand your dreams for personal growth.  Learn a few easy but effective techniques for understanding your dreams, as well as tools for better dream recollection.  Record a few dreams in as much detail as possible, along with a few notes about what was happening in you life in the days preceding the dream.  You will be able to work with your dreams privately, or share them if you like!  This dinner and workshop are hosted by LCS parent Emily Hunsicker and Trish Fitzgibbons Anderson, MA, LMFT, who has years of experience facilitating dream workshops and groups.
