It's an electronic jump rope (no actual rope, so you don't knock stuff over and you don't fall on your face) that tracks your jumps and times you, etc. Great for tiny NY apartments, and you burn 100 calories in 5 minutes (don't kid yourself—it's hard). Perfect for tiring out your children. Note: This is just the Jumpsnap, not the DVDs that go with it, but it's pretty self-explanatory.
