The Boym Partners' new project celebrates the people of New York City, a fascinating mix of races, religions, and cultures. Featured in MoMA's Design and the Elastic Mind exhibition, this set of five painted wood blocks includes diverse characters named Moishe, Nafisa, Mary, Chen, and Jose. Each character is based on a real person and has its own MySpace page.
