Fifth grade teacher Trac Vu is donating a lesson in making a Vietnamese meal, starting with planning the meal, then shopping for Vietnamese ingredients, cooking and setting a Vietnamese table. He’ll even share five secret family recipes! FYI, Mr. Vu was born in Vietnam and emigrated to the U.S. when he was 14. He’s taught at P.S. 110 for years.
