In Chiapas and Oaxaca Mexico, small growing cooperatives roast and mill organic, farm-grown cacao beans in small batches using unique stone grinders called molinos.  The founder of Taza Chocolate set out to bring a few molinos back to Somerville and developed a working relationship with the chocolateros de Oaxaca. The result is minimally-processed, locally-produced chocolate that preserves the true flavor of the cacao bean. 

This box of yumminess not only has three chocolate bars, it also includes Chocolate Mexicano and a 2oz. bag of chocolate covered cocoa Nibs.
