M77 is a 2 small bedroom condo with a comfortable living room/kitchen opening onto the grassy inner court of the condo complex.  There is a fireplace inside and a grill outside with a table and chairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a queen bed plus a double deck bed.  In the living room is a futon which can be opened to a double bed.The place is newly furnished and is quite attractive.  There is no TV reception, but there is a VCR/DVD player. The Village complex has a swimming pool and recreation room.  Waterville Valley has many stores, restaurants and activities.  The pond has a sand beach with a few float boats.  There is a great river and loads of mountains for climbing in the valley. The Athletic Center is open for a fee to people staying in our condo.  There is an indoor and an outdoor pool, tennis courts, exercise room plus a restaurant which is open to the public.  There are two places to rent VCR/DVDs.

The Waterville Valley Town Square is a five minute walk away.
