One Pair of season tickets to Portland String Quartet The Portland String Quartet has been performing, teaching and recording with its founding members since l969. In 1986 they were proclaimed "Maine treasures" and awarded Honorary Doctor of Music degrees at Colby College where they served as Artists in Residence for 19 years.
