Artist Joe Sam created miniature versions of his Public Art.  This pin depicts a happy, colorful, blond haired child in a wheel chair.  The original artwork was donated to Bayview Hunter's Point Adult Day Health Center.  The theme of the artword is:  "Regardless of one's disability, one is entitled to be loved and be happy."  "Independence" is on his arm".
