Enjoy a delicious paella party for 20 at your home, prepared on-site and accompanied by 6 bottles of high quality Spanish wine. The donors are experienced paella chefs.

Paella has transcended Spanish borders and earned international fame primarily as an extravagant, saffron-scented rice and seafood dish cooked in a wide, flat pan. But in its native home of Valencia, paella comes in many forms, from rustic versions based on products from the land to showy variations using the bounty of the sea. Our version of Paella Cataluña is made with Arborio rice, seafood, pork, chicken and some vegetables.

The donors will prepare the paella at the home of the winning bidder. We will bring all of the pre-cooked ingredients and put them together at your home. We have a paella pan and special cooking burner. The paella is cooked outside because the pan is too big for the average kitchen. We will leave the paella ready for you to enjoy. We will pick up the paella pan and the burner the next day.
