This delicate and beautiful 18" sterling silver necklace was created with love especially for the Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter and this online auction by Sarah's Heart Jewelry.

Sarah and her mother Beth had been making jewelry for several years when, in 2004 Sarah, then 9-years-old, decided to sell her creations to help raise money for the Northwest Ohio Chapter. Thus Sarah's Heart Jewelry was established. Sarah's grandmother, who passed away in November, 2005, suffered many years with Alzheimer's disease.
