Any child will love this 2 hour class from Kids Cook Arkansas.  Kids Cook!™ is a Little Rock, AR based cooking school.  They offer cooking workshops for kids ages 4 and up, including a variety of summer camps. 

They are dedicated to inspiring kids to learn and to enjoy healthy eating through hands-on cooking experience.  Their goal is to promote healthy, balanced eating through education and experience. They also offer a selection of adult workshops and customized social activities on a seasonal basis.

At Kids Cook!™ their first premise is that anything that kids make themselves is going to be healthier than candy, soda and chips. Their second premise is that kids are much more likely to eat and like things that they have made themselves. If they begin to take some responsibility for their part in making the food, they become part of the family food creative process instead of an onlooker whose only power is the veto. Their kids classes (Yes, they offer adult classes too!) are designed for kids to practice kitchen skills, learn about kitchen equipment, and includes food and personal safety. The kid friendly recipes are chosen so that the kids can do them themselves once they get home. They get to eat or take home their own creations. Fostering independence is a main goal, as is having fun.
