Marshall Brewing Company is a production craft microbrewery located at 618 South Wheeling in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The opening of Marshall Brewing Company marks the return of production brewing to Tulsa, which last saw production brewing (as opposed to brewpubs) in 1940 with the Ahrens Brewing Company and their signature brew, Ranger Beer.
Marshall Brewing Company focuses on brewing full strength, hand crafted, top quality ales and lagers. At its heart, Marshall Brewing Company is a family-run manufacturing operation of craft products. Its business is based upon creating fine products with basic inputs - old-world knowledge and experience, hard work, superior equipment and top-quality raw materials. Its goal is to bring the art, quality, and enjoyment of craft brewing to Oklahoma.
Marshall Brewing Company is headed by Brewmaster Eric Marshall. Eric is a fourth generation Tulsan. He studied the art of craft brewing in Munich, Germany where he was awarded the prestigious International Diploma in Brewing Technology from the World Brewing Academy. He apprenticed in multiple craft breweries throughout Germany and served as a brewer at the Victory Brewing Company in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
Marshall Brewing Company currently offers three brews at many bars and restaurants around Tulsa, OKC, and Tahlequah. Sundown Wheat is an American wheat beer with a Belgian inspiration, Atlas IPA is an India Pale Ale with strength and character worthy of its name, and McNellie’s Pub Ale is a traditional ale brewed in the style of a Best Bitter inspired by the house ales found in the pubs of Great Britain and Ireland. In September Old Pavilion Pils, a German Style Pilsner will be added to Marshall Brewing Company’s core line-up.
