Chef Jackson Roland will use his expertise to create a beautiful feast for 6 people in your home.  (Ensworth junior Jackson Roland has been training as a chef under Chef Bobby Benjamin of Flyte World Dining & Wine (www.flytenashville.com) since June 2007.  Flyte was named Best New Restaurant, Best New Concept, #2 Best Wine Bar for 2007.)  Starting with cranberry-maple seared scallops, carrot puree and dust, followed by panzanella with pancetta (Italian bread salad), the meal will be served in individual courses beautifully plated by Jackson for your enjoyment.  The main course will be pan-fried chicken scented with lemon and finished in the oven, papardelle with white truffle cheese sauce, tomato powder.  Your experience finishes with a traditional tiramisu served in antique dessert dishes.  This auction item includes a pre-meal consultation with chef Jackson and his server/assistant, set-up the day of the meal, including table arrangement, meal preparation, service, and cleanup.  Wines appropriate to the meal will be provided if the buyer prefers.  This meal is organic to every extent possible; however, it is obviously not vegetarian or vegan and cannot be altered to be so.
