Special Instructions
Not all Kobe/Wagyu beef comes from Japan, we have it right here in Nebraska. The ranch that Scott works with has their cattle from field to fork and you can tast it in their meat.
We will even have Scott send along a signed photo of him on a horse, since we hear some folks like that ;)
