Chris Gluck is an artist and art teacher in Underhill. Her present work reflects her fascination with the natural world. Chris takes items that she gathers from her daily walks through woods and fields and find ways to highlight and preserve their beauty, whether it be leaves under glass in a mandala "meditation," the bites that a beaver takes out of a birch tree, or reeds arranged in a shadow box, as in this lovely piece we are offering for bid. Watch for a show of her work during the month of May at Uncommon Grounds on Church Street.
