Bill Harvey is the head professional at the Arroyo del Oso Golf Course in Albuquerque, NM.  He was the PGA Sun Country Section Player of the Year in 2006 and 2007, the Teacher of the Year in 2001, and Golf Digest's New Mexico Teacher of the Year in 2002.
