Expires 03/20/2009.  Reservations based on availability.  AJL black out dates apply, including holidays.  Time beyond 4 hours will have a fee of a regular hourly rate plus gratuity and service charge, and will require credit card at time of reservation. 

Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, all items will be available for pick up at the MDA Dallas Office. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
