- Certificate expires 18 months from date of the event, as printed on certificate
Special Instructions
Choice of sailing dates will be accomodated on a space available basis. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian of chaperone who is at least 25 years old. Third and fourth persons are permitted in the same stateroom and will be charged the per person tariff per applicable brochure. Stateroom category will be a minimum outside stateroom selected by Holland America Line. If space is available, stateroom upgrades are available at an additional cost. Certificate is non-commissionable, non-refundable, has no cash redemption value and is non-transferrable.
Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, item will be available for pick up at the MDA Dallas Office. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
