Welcome to my Bistro!

I have always enjoyed food. I love to eat, and, over the years, I have learned to love cooking.

So, after graduating from Duke University, I took my love for food one step further by attending culinary school in California, earning my Cordon Bleu degree and graduating top of my class.

Since then, I have worked in fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles, Chicago and Phoenix, learning and honing my craft. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work in a restaurant that was rated among the top 25 restaurants nationally by Esquire magazine and Gourmet magazine - VU at the Hyatt Regency in Scottsdale, AZ.

Throughout my culinary experiences, I have learned to respect the ingredients that I use, taking pride and care in making the best product possible. It is my pleasure to bring my knowledge and experience to you.

Although I very much enjoyed working in the restaurant field, I feel I have a unique opportunity to enrich peoples' lives by leveraging my culinary skills to provide a quality product on a consistent basis.

I relish providing quality, knowledge, entertainment and lasting memories whether I cook in my kitchen or yours, teach a class or cater a party.
