The expiration date for the redemption of this certificate is December 31, 2008. 3-D Fitness hours are Monday trough Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This certificate can also be applied to an existing membership with a value of $35. 

Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, item will be available for pick up at the MDA Waco Office. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
