Beer and cheese tasting for two people at the Mozzarell Company located on Elm Street in Dallas.

Your event starts out with a tour of our cheese factory.  After completion of the tour you will return to the cheesemaking area where Paula Lambert (founder of the Mozzarella Company) and Mark Monfrey of Artisanal Beverage Company will pair up award-winning cheeses with outstanding beers.  Throughout the tasting you are encouraged to ask questions and discuss with others that are participating.  Afterwards, you will receive a Mozzarella Company parting gift. 

Here at the Mozzarella cheese company the cheesemakers chop the curds, made daily from farm-fresh milk, which are strung and fromed by hand into balls of fresh mozzarella. All Mozzarella Company cheeses are hand made following centuries-old recipes, just like the cheeses used to be made in Europe.
