Characteristic varietal aromas: fresh floral, citrus, grapefruit and white peach. Very expressive and elegant. On the palate, firm but balanced acidity. Ripe fruits with a hint of grapefruit and apricot. Refreshing with an elegant mineral touch and long finish.

Tech Notes
 100% Angostura. Hand picked and sorted before destemming. Cold maceration for 4 hours at 8 degrees Celsius. Crushed then racked for 24 hours at 15 degrees Celsius. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel for 15 days at 13-15 degrees Celsius. Aging in stainless steel.
